If you are already a member of NikolaTeslaEnergy and have a question, then please log in to your account and use the members only support center to have access to our members only support team.

If you have purchased a NikolaTeslaEnergy membership but you are having trouble logging into your account then please follow one of the following instructions.

1. If your email and password are not working correctly, or if you have forgotten your password then simply click the link at the top right of this page that says “Forgot Password.” You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will be sent to your inbox.

2. If you have purchased a NikolaTeslaEnergy membership but never received your access at all…

…then you will need to get in touch with our accounts staff team immediately. Please send an email to and include your purchase information so that we can find you in our database. Our accounts team will email you back as soon as possible. Please remember that this is ONLY for members who have already paid but did not receive their membership access. All other inquiries MUST be submitted using the form below.
